Introducing advance level fitness Bootcamp for teenagers (Age group 12 ~19) Based on HIIT, cardio & strength training principles, this group is based on a motivational packed training program designed to help you get the results you want, feeling fitter, more mentally energized and amped to take on the world.
These budding high-performance teenagers have par excellence concentration, commitment, desire, motivation, goal setting, positive state of mind, optimism, confidence and self-belief.
