GRR, an acronym for Gurgaon Road Runners was conceptualized in 2013 in Gurgaon by Siddarth Choudhary, Chief mentor and founder of GRR, with an intend to revolutionize wellness and to bring about lifestyle changes through fitness. From just a few members in 2013 to 10,000+ members at present, GRR has spanned across pan India with significant presence in NCR(Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Dwarka), promoting fitness and motivating people to change their lives and becoming one of the largest fitness community in India. From road running, to flexibility, from cycling to strengthening, GRR has a structured training plan for all age groups that helps you become fitter. GRR also organizes events like marathons (running event), cyclothons (cycling events), duathlons (cycling and running) and Juniorun (an exclusively designed run for kids.).
I am extremely thankful to Sidharth for pushing me and guidance along the training schedule and the entire gang whose energy will pick you moment you go low! Looking forward to more fun, achievements passion and energy flowing !!!
The motivation and selfless love that one sees here is so enthralling and has huge magnetic powers to keep pulling people towards GRR. All I can say is I am glad I found GRR when I did and now am gearing up for my first ADHM which I still feel is overwhelming but with the support I have I am sure I will do it!
Now I am happier than ever before, healthy than ever before and closer to hundreds of fellow runners, thanks to the GRR.

What has impressed me host is Never-switched-off-Sid! In last 15 months or so, I have seen his commitment only growing. I wonder where does he find time, motivation and energy. You really need to be a super- human to work towards something like this selflessly.
GRR has changed the life for me and my family as well as follow the healthy mantra of valuing our bodies with a clean diet, proper sleep and regular fitness routine. Nevertheless parties and fun have their own space.

JUNIORUN is just not a run but a try to bring lifestyle changes in the routine of today's technology driven children. Its an effort to break into the sedentary life which is catching up.
